The back of my legs have always been a trouble spot for me. Cellulite is totally normal and there’s NOTHING wrong with it.

However, I noticed when I started doing this booty bridge series it really helped me reduce my cellulite and tone the back of my legs and glutes.

These bridge exercises actually work to tone up the hamstrings and glutes and give a tighter more toned appearance.
