Exercise is necessary for overall body health and well being of the body. The health of your hair correlates with the health of your body and so exercise is actually good for your hair in the long run. But you definitely want to put in some hair care practices to protect and care for your natural hair during and after exercise. This is because your natural hair will feel different and will need some extra TLC (tender loving care) when you workout to maintain optimum health.
