Since I am editing and planning some surprise content I thought I would share my shower routine 2019 / night time bath routine for when I need to relax. I haven’t done a hygiene routine video yet on my channel so here is my night time bath regime using my affordable hygiene products. I prefer to use products that are affordable and very gentle while being effective because I do suffer from sensitive/dermatitis skin issues.
DiY BATH SOAK
1/2 cup Epsom salts, 10 drops or so tea tree oil, and 1/2 cup baking soda. I also added just any soap on hand for bubbles but that part is not necessary.
