You know that spot right at ham-glute tie area (under bum bum area) . This clip is dedicated right to it. I know how hard it is to target that spot and this workout does just about that.
Exercises 1 and 2:
3 sets of 20
Exercise 3
3 sets of 5 rounds (the whole combo on both sides is one rep yes)
Exercise 4 and 5:
4 sets of 15
These 2 are dedicated to build and shape a rounder bum bum(yess)
