My Routine for Fading Acne Marks (Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation) | Lab Muffin Beauty Science

My skin is naturally pigment-prone, so post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH, like brown acne marks and sun freckles) has been a big issue for me. Here are the ingredients I use to treat it and make it fade faster, with quick reviews of the products I’m currently using:

High UVAPF sunscreen with newer photostable organic filters
* Ultraceuticals Ultra UV Protective Daily Moisturiser SPF 30:

Vitamin C
* Ascorbic acid crystals:
* Easy DIY Vitamin C Serum:

Lactic and Mandelic Acid
* Kate Somerville Exfolikate:
* Ultraceuticals Brightening Serum:
* Stratia Soft Touch AHA:
* Tarte Knockout Tingling Treatment:

(Yes there is an extra OH on the tyrosine – oops! Thanks for catching that Lunatic Kitten!)
