Abs workout – 5 exercises, 2-3 sets
I love doing abs and I always did! Some of my favourite and most effective exercises ( for me! ).
Do each x20 and choose variation he best for you and your level. Don’t rush to version 2! You will get there in no time!
1. Hips raises version 1 x20 ( just hips up )
Hips raises version 2 x20 ( legs goes as low as you can, lower back on the floor )
2. V-ups x20
3. Russian twist version 1 x20 each side ( feet on the floor )
Russian twist version 2 x20 each side ( feet up )
4. Toe touches x20
5. Plank with twist version 1 x20 ( small twist )
Plank with twist version 2 x20 ( low with the hips )
Do this workout every second day! Good luck!!!
