10-MINUTE GET RID OF CELLULITE WORKOUT -Lingerie Challenge || No Equipment || Wiggy's Workouts

OMG! It is already the second day. And I have seen that some people watched my first video and I hope that they started the Lingerie challenge.

Today, we are getting rid of all the cellulite in our legs, on our booty. I have had cellulite problem when I was a teenager which made me quite unhappy. After I started to workout, I realized that they also started to vanish.

I advise you to do this cellulite workout every week. If you don’t have enough time, pick some easy exercise(e.g frog kick & frog kick alternatives) from this video and do them while you are reading a book or watching your favorite TV series or chitchatting with your friends.

I also advise you to drink enough water and eat healthy as much as possible. You will see the cellulite vanishing from your booty and legs. Not a miracle, just the power of the working out and looking after our bodies!

The 2nd day of 30 day Lingerie Challenge exercise plan is as below:
