Week 13 focuses on inner thighs. This is to help you lose that unwanted extra between the legs. Do this workout at least once a week and create yourself a programme to follow based on my other workouts, check my workout playlist below.
Do not forget to start with a warm up and finish with the stretch that I pulled together in my 2 videos.
