If you’re like most women and struggling with cellulite, don’t worry. This is my favourite anti-cellulite workout with some of the best exercises to firm the backs of your thighs and bum, while building sexy legs. It’s fast, effective and IT WORKS. We’re going to focus on growing the hamstrings and glutes to push out against the dimples and get rid of that thigh jiggle. But if you’re not already doing HIIT cardio, make sure you add that in with this workout and you’ll be sure to see results!
