Hey guys today I’ll be showing you my everyday work shower routine!!! I work 3-4; 12 hr shifts at nights on the weekends so I get a maximum of 2 hrs to myself. Here’s how I keep up on self care with limited time. I also have a full shower routine I do durning the days I don’t work and a pamper shower routine I do once a week!
