Today is DAY 4 and we have intense HIIT WORKOUT! I really want you to make this as best as you can. We are going 30 seconds intervals with 30 seconds rest, but I want you really push yourself those 30 seconds. Go with your best intensity, but if you cannot make the full workout that is totally fine but give me your best!!!
