This time I will be sharing with you about my Acne Journey. I have been struggling with acne since I hit puberty and it affected my mental health so bad. I always feel uncomfortable facing or even talking with people and It felt like they were just staring at my acne every time they talk to me. Eventually, after seeking help from a specialist, my skin was getting much better,
The school days passed and my acne was not even a major problem anymore but It suddenly came back again when I move abroad. I felt like I was going to another puberty phase again in this new country.
