For 14 consecutive days you will be challenged to complete various workouts designed to provide a well-rounded, full-body fitness program.
We’ve provided a CHALLENGE CALENDAR on our YouTube Community Page tab (click link below)
to guide you through exactly which workouts to complete each day.
Whether you’re looking to burn fat, build muscle, or tighten and tone specific body parts, you’ll find in all in this challenge. The program is suitable for beginners, to more advanced athletes, as you will find high and low impact alternatives in all workouts.
