Today during the workout let’s focus on our inner and outer thigh again! For that we won’t need any special equipment, not even a fitness mat, because we aren’t going to lay down and relax even for a minute!
Instead, we gonna try 11 simple but effective exercises which aim at sculpting our thighs. And it is a standing workout from start to finish. So, it could be done no matter where you are – indoors or outdoors.
