Here’s my DIY Blonde Highlights and Root Touch Up tutorial for my Updated Hair Routine. I have been getting a lot of requests for this video, so here it is. Formula:
base breaker mixed with 10 vol. (never 20 vol) on level 6-7 hair and up only. To lighten a small but dark root
2 weeks later
Hightlift color in “P” mixed with double 20 vol. to lift roots and leave it with a beautifully toned light color.
process 25 mins, shampoo and condition, rough blowout and ready for a high light
Highlight hair with blonde idol blue oil lightning system mixed with 20 vol using a weaving technique with foils.
