Before starting the process, comb your hair, it’ll increase the blood flow and remove all your tangles, ill be using a wide teeth comb, this has reduced my hair breakage
So the very first step is to oil your hair, I use good vibes castor oil along with coconut oil, you can use any other castor oil if you want. Castor oil has the properties which will make your hair grow.
I mix them up and heat them in my oven, I believe warm oil dives deep into your scalp and nourishes your hair, keep it for one to 2 hours or more if you want to
Before washing your hair comb it again
Use lukewarm water to wash it, water should not be too cold or warm
I’ll be shampooing my hair with good vibes keratin shampoo. I realise most of the products are from good vibes, I am not even sponsored, I wish I was, anyway, I love their products. apply shampoo only on your scalp, You don’t need to wait here, you can wash it off when you’re done.
3rd step is to apply the conditioner, make sure that your shampoo is all gone before you apply this, this makes your hair smooth and shiny. Apply this straight to your wet hair. Do not apply in scalps, it’s not recommended, apply it to the length of your hair, I use a wide-toothed comb to spread it all over my hair. You should give your conditioner a little space so it could do its work. I would wear a shower cap while in the shower. When it’s 3-5 minutes, I would wash my hair.
Then, we will be applying a hair mask, doing the same steps as we did with the conditioner, I’ll be using a keratin-based hair mask. Comb it, tie it up, wait for 30-60 minutes
When your hair is quite wet, apply hair serum, I use Loreal Paris total repair 5, but I don’t recommend using this because it smells blah!
I will not be blow drying my hair, ill let nature do the process,
cutting my split ends would reduce the dead ends of my hair. Make it look a lot healthier.
I will not recommend you wearing hairbands too tight, it may cause widening of your forehead. I remember when I was in 8th or 9th grade my scalp got widened here. So I changed my hairstyle I switch to puffs.
