This standing abs workout
– Focuses on toning your tummy
– main focus: total abs
– GOAL: sexy flat tummy
– second focus: obliques
Things to make sure:
▸ move through the motions slowly, don’t jerk your body
▸ move with intention, be mindful of your breath
▸ push yourself comfortably.
