But like I mentioned natural oils was the KEY for me and growing my hair back out after the heat damage. I experienced heat damage TWICE. The second time wasn’t as severe as the first one, but I still had to somewhat regrow my hair AGAIN. But I’m back to HEALTHY GROWING hair!
What I’ve learned is you have to figure out wats best for YOUR hair. What may work for someone else may not work for you and that’s fine. I took time to learn about my hair and I figured out what helps my hair with dryness and what helps my hair with growth. And I’ve been happy ever since. lol
