*For marination*
Chicken – 1 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste – 2 1/4 tea spoon
Chilli powder – 4 1/2 tea spoon
Salt -4 1/2 tea spoon(as per taste)
Turmeric – 3/4 tea spoon
Coriander powder / Dhaniya powder -1 1/2tea spoon
Biryani masala /Garam masala powder -3/4 tea spoon
Chillies -4
Pudina leaves-1cup
Fried onions – 1cup
Oil – 3 table spoons (use oil used for fried onions)
Ghee – 1 tea spoon
Soak rice for 30mins
Bay leafs -6
Elachi -6
Cloves -6
Dalchin -1 small
Shahijeera – 1 1/2 tea spoon
Star anise -2
Salt -4 1/2 spoon (as per your taste)
Boil water and add soaked rice ,cook till 70% is cooked
In low flame cook it for 45 min
