In this video I have shared my secret Hair oil recipe . This hair oil increases hair growth rate 3 times.
INGREDIENTS :
1 Litre coldpressed coconut oil
1 Big spoon castor oil
1 Hand full henna / marudhani leaves
1 Handfull bhringraj / White karusilankani leaves , flowers & few breakable stems
10 Hibiscus leaves
1 Handfull Curry leaves / karuvepilai
1/2 Hand Neem leaves / vepilai
1 or 2 Handfull hibiscus flower petals & buds
1 Stem aloe vera gel (wash it well 7 times)
1/2 Hand Kalonji / Kanrunjeeragam
1 Hand fenugreek seeds / Vendhayam
4 Big amla / Periya Nellikai
1 Handfull Vettiver
PREPARATION :
💫 Wash all the ingredients well & wash aloevera 7 times . Silghtly air dry them .
💫 Grind All the ingredients little by little using a mixee .
💫 Make small thin herbal vadas as shown on a big plate or banana leaf.
💫 Let it dry in the shade . Keep it in an open area don’t leave it under the bed . There should be enough ventilation for the vadas to dry or else fungus forms.
💫 Dont keep touching them as they might get spoiled . Keep it away from water too .
💫 After 1 week the vadas become dry completely.
💫 Now scrape off the vadas . If the vadas are dried on a banana leaf , they come off easyly in round shape .
💫 The Scraped vadas are now our herbal powder .
💫 This can be infused in coconut oil or cooked too . Cooking this increases potency & shelf life of the oil .
COOKING METHOD :
✨ In an Iron Kadai pour 1 Litre coconut oil & one big spoon of castor oil & place it on a stove
✨ The flame should always be on sim for the entire process
✨When the oil is warm add in the herbal powder . Thick Foam forms .
✨ Now add in 1 Handfull Cut vettiver . Even thicker foam forms
✨ Wait for all the bubbles to settle . This takes about 20 minutes to half an hour .
✨Now our herbal hair oil is ready Switch off the stove .
✨ Never close the oil with a plate or lid as this will spoil it . Keep away the oil from water . Do not put your hand inside the oil use a spoon.
✨ Leave it open for atleast 8 hours to 1 day .
✨ Transfer the oil to a glass jar without filtering it . Small amount of oil can be stored in a little bottle for easy daily usage .
✨ This oil can be stored upto 1 year when cooked & upto 6 /8 months when infused .
✨ This oil can be used once a week or daily depending on your preference .
