Sulphur is a wonerful addition to your skincare routine and has some great anti ageing benefits such as being a gentle exfoliator, blackhead remover and an ingredient which will reduce redness and inflammation in the skin.
Many brands will advertise sulphur as being best for acne prone skin which is why many people dont realise the benefits it can bring in an anti-ageing skincare routine, it is important to choose the right one for your skin type though.
