SKIN CARE ROUTINE/ STORY TIME DAY1

Taking care of your skin is important, especially during the summer when it’s exposed to more sunlight and potentially more heat and humidity. While I can’t physically join you, I can definitely help you and walk you though my journey with some tips

3. Toning: Follow up with a toner to balance the pH of your skin, minimize pores, and prepare it for the next steps. Look for alcohol-free toners with soothing ingredients.

4. Serum: Apply a serum targeting your specific skin concerns, such as hydration, brightening, or anti-aging. Serums are highly concentrated and can deliver active ingredients deep into your skin.

5. Moisturizer: Hydrate your skin with a moisturizer suitable for your skin type. Choose a lightweight formula for the summer to avoid feeling greasy or heavy on the skin.

6. Sunscreen: Protect your skin from harmful UV rays by applying a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher. Reapply every two hours, especially if you’re spending time outdoors.

7. Healthy Diet: Remember that what you put inside your body is as important as what you apply on your skin. Eating a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and antioxidants can promote healthy skin.

As for the Turmeric soup you mentioned, turmeric is known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
