When your skin is struggling, what you take away from your routine can be just as important as what you add to your routine.
It’s also worth mentioning that these things do not need to be discontinued forever, but just until the perioral dermatitis is under control. Once the skin has cleared up, I have patients bring these things back into their routine one at a time.
