How to reduce neck wrinkles with easy simple massage

Woke up with a puffy face! But who has time for a leisurely skincare routine, right? Post-night-out morning struggles!

There are various reasons for facial puffiness, but a major one is when your body’s fluid metabolism isn’t working properly. Hormonal balance and the autonomic nervous system also play a role, apparently.

Anyway, when metabolism isn’t on point, nothing good happens!

If things are stagnant, let’s get them flowing.

Today, let me introduce a super easy massage you can do while applying moisturizer or oil to your skincare routine:

1. Apply facial oil.

2. Use your thumbs to slide from under your chin to below your ears, while sliding your index fingers from under your ears down to your neck, keeping a slight gap on your cheeks.

3. Massage the sternocleidomastoid muscle (the thick muscle that connects from behind the ear to the inside of the collarbone).

The key is to always use oil or moisturizer before massaging to ensure smooth gliding, and keep your index fingers as close to your face as possible, moving them from the nose area to the ears to help flush out toxins.

The sternocleidomastoid massage can improve blood flow and lymphatic drainage around your neck and face, potentially toning up and sharpening your facial contour by flushing out toxins.

Try doing this about 5 times on each side of your face.
