Join me for a 10-minute model butt workout designed to give you a shaped, toned, and sculpted booty and glutes. These are the exercises I use as a model to maintain a lean but toned figure! This workout is perfect for toning, shaping, and rounding your booty without growing your thighs. I recommend combining this workout with my other booty workouts for best results.

Plus, it has an anti-cellulite effect! All you need is a mat, and you’re good to go. If your knees get uncomfortable, place a towel underneath for extra support.

OTHER TIPS:
• There are no breaks in between, but if you need to, take them.
• For ultimate results, squeeze your butt during the whole workout.
• Repeating the workout 2x per week works perfectly.
• If you want your exercises to be more intense, you can use weights or a resistance band (light to medium)
