Feel The Burn In Your Glutes Without Weights! This 20 min fun and sweaty booty burner workout is your choice when you don’t have access to weights but you want to activate and work on your glute muscles.
We have ten glute exercises, all done standing and with a chair or couch. No other equipment needed! We do some squat variations, leg lifts and kick backs to pump blood into the booty and give it a great workout!
This glute workout serves also as a lighter lower body workout on those days when you feel like you don’t have energy to lift any weights. We have 45 second work periods and 15 sec transitions veteen the exercises and one water break between the rounds.
