Today, I’ve combined a few of my favorite acupressure points, face exercises and massages to help elevate your existing routine by smoothing out the appearance of wrinkles, reducing muscle tension & increasing blood flow for a healthy, natural glow!

Like anything eyes you use or do, consistency will give you the best results and realistic expectations are important!

I do these for a few minutes every day and I’m in my late 40’s. I haven’t had any work done or fillers, I’ve simply been massaging wrinkles out of my face for the last decade!

There’s no right or wrong order. I recommend doing what feels good and incorporating a few of these healthy tips at least once a day!
