Full Body HIIT workout ||| Raw, Cellulite and All

Hey everyone.

Follow along as I do my full body hiit cardio workout. My time for the first set was 7:00 and the second was 7:35. Honestly if I focus on breathing and flexing my core I think each set can be under 7:20. And rest between sets can be 1:00-1:30.
Try it out if you want to move your body and need an idea for full body workouts.

1. Overhead walking lunges 8 each leg
2. 250m row
3. Single arm dumbbell snatch 8 each arm
4. 250m ski erg
5. Kettlebell shoulder Walking lunges 8 each leg
6. 5 calories air bike
7. 5 clean and jerk

The fastest time I’ve done on rowing machine was 1:11 for 250m. The after that 1:13 for 250m. Try and beat that and share your results!
