Day 56, Liane J Transformation and 6 month Weight Loss Challenge 2024 motivation 💪💪💪😉🌟

These before and after photos show the changes in my body. By consistently walking every day—mostly outdoors, but sometimes indoors at home or the office gym—doing just 50 squats (which take less than 3 minutes), eating normally, and cutting out alcohol, I’ve noticed some improvement. My legs are getting stronger and tighter, and all the cellulite around my legs has disappeared. I can now walk from 5K to 10K or more. Additionally, my belly fat is noticeably gone, along with the love handles around my back.
