How to Get Rid of Cellulite | Fat Burning Workouts

You will train to the point of failure in each workout in order to correct the hormonal imbalance in the hips and thighs, induce testosterone and stimulate HGH release. Similarly, we also want to generate metabolic failure (the burning sensation in the muscles is so great, that resting is necessary) as this does a very similar thing hormonally.

On your training day, your goal is to repeat one circuit workout for as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes! At the end of your 20 minutes, induce additional hormonal responses by completing your 5 minute BLT finisher- alternating between two targeted toning exercises and resting as needed.
