These are my simple haircare tips I’ve picked up along my 43 year journey of life. Obviously these are tips for people who have similar hair to mine – straight, wavy when air-dried, not too thick.
– Brush hair before showering
– Use a boar bristle brush on dry hair
– Use a wide tooth comb on wet hair
– Air dry your hair as long as possible before blow drying
– Use a silk pillowcase to help with breakage
– Don’t shampoo twice if your hair isn’t super dirty
– Ask the hairdresser to only bleach roots with highlights
– Don’t double process if you don’t have to
