The best time of the day to develop a skincare routine around is night, at least for all the non-night owls out there. When we sleep, our skin detoxifies and heals itself. Making the most of this self-repair mechanism.
Apart from the goldies mentioned in the short, I am also a fan of double cleansing (but NEVER with an oil cleanser), using 1% glycolic acid 1-2 times a week for lip exfoliation and using salicylic acid on my T zones in hot and humid environments.
As for supplements, iron, vitamin C, and magnesium are my go-to.
