*Pyaaz Ka Ark*
Ingredients
1 onion with peel (cut vertically from top centre tip to the bottom centre tip)
1 cup sesame or olive oil (organic)
5” ginger sliced in vertical pieces with the peel
2 tbsp Kalonji
2 Aloe Vera stems(cut open from centre & don’t take the pulp out,just chop the pulp inside its leaf with knife gently, as shown in the video)
Method: In an iron pan , put the oil , add the onion when oil is warm , add ginger followed by kalonji and in the last add aloe Vera , let it cook on medium/low flame until the ingredients are completely drained of their natural Oils and become crisp , now strain it and let it cool!
Use this oil twice a week for best results !
