Face yoga is a very effective way to strengthen facial muscles, these exercises can help improve blood circulation, strengthen cheek muscles, and reduce the appearance of fine lines. Face Yoga can also help prevent nasolabial fold lines and smoker lines and can leave your skin looking younger and fresher. In today’s video I have shared a very easy exercise to strengthen face muscles to smoothen out mouth wrinkles and lift sagging cheeks. The pucker your lips exercise increases blood circulation to the cheeks, which can give skin a healthy glow. Be consistent and practice these exercises regularly, don’t over do or over stretch.
