Do this workout to reduce cellulite – vibration plate workout

10 minute vibration machine workout to reduce cellulite with help of fitness vibration machine exercises. This workout is great for building muscle strength and balance on your vibration plate. This is quite different but quite challenging workout which you can try with me. Each round is 60 seconds long with 15 seconds rest – break to reset your posture and prepare for another exercises.

The main reason, why I am adding this workout to my routine is that I am looking for more ways how to work on lymphatic drainage and I would like to reduce appearance of my cellulite.

Vibration plate has many advantages:
*improving your muscle strength
*vibrations activate muscle fibers and stimulate blood circulation
*vibration plates create rapid vibrations which causes your muscles to contract and relax rapidly = intense workout that burns calories and strengthens your core muscles
*supports blood circulation and oxygen circulation, lymphatic drainage and joint pain relief
