Body Acne Routine that WORKS!

This entire routine works for me as I don’t have excessive body acne; very minimal that usually occurs during my periods or when I eat greasy sugary junk food.

NOTE – if you have severe body acne then you will need to use dermat prescribed treatment especially products with Benzoyl Peroxide and in some cases, prescription body washes with sulphates work wonders to cleanse the excessive sebum from the skin. Diet, genetics, hormones and underlying health problems can impact skin health so pls visit a dermat in case of severe painful body acne
