Right now I’m doing a combination of at home workouts using the TrainWell app & I just started training Jiu Jitsu and boxing at a Renzo Gracie gym. I’m staying really active, so I’ve adjusted my diet to insure I’m meeting my protein and fiber goals, and drinking TONs of water.
