Why I Dry Brush a few times a week
And I have been dry brushing for about 5-6 years now, because of the amazing benefits.
If you follow along, you know I am big in helping our body get out of fight-flight-stressed state. This alone can help with lymphatic drainage, because when we are in survival mode, our body isnβt looking to drain β these mechanisms get put on the back burner.
Explore my page for some distressing modalities and if youβre in Beat the Burnout, you are ON IT!
Body Dry Brushing Benefits:
Exfoliates Skin: Removes dead skin cells for smoother, softer skin.
Stimulates Lymphatic System: Helps detoxify the body by promoting lymph flow.
Boosts Circulation: Increases blood flow, enhancing skin health and glow.
Reduces Cellulite Appearance: May help to temporarily diminish the appearance of cellulite.
Release tension: The brushing motion can help release built up tension
Remember, you donβt need to dry brush your entire body all at once! Break it down into manageable sections like arms, legs, tummy, and even face + chest for a focused and effective routine β which tutorial should I do next? I am thinking the arms!
