Diluting shampoo can help reduce its strength and make it more suitable for individuals with delicate hair or scalp conditions, such as dryness, irritation, or dandruff. Step 3: Rice water: Rice water are rich on Antioxidants, Minerals, Vitamin B & E, Amino Acids which works as hair conditioner, helps to reduce dandruff including inositol which is super important because it helps repair damaged hair while expediting the hair growth process.
