INGREDIENTS FOR MY SCALP TREATMENT:
– 3 TBSP castor oil
– 3 TBSP coconut oil
– 1 TBSP avocado oil
– 1 TBSP sweet almond oil
– 2 TBSP aloe vera gel
– 20 drops rosemary essential oil
– 20 drops peppermint essential oil
* Please note that you may need to adjust the ingredients depending on your hair type (thin, medium, thick, coarse, etc.) and skin sensitivity. If you hair is on the thinner/finer side, use less castor oil as it is very dense and thick. If you have sensitive skin, use less rosemary and peppermint EO. As with all natural treatments, results vary and require continued use. Persistence is key! 😉 I mix all these ingredients up into a squeeze bottle and it lasts me about 10 washes.
