I have finally started my Holiday Shred and here is the first episode as promised.
I kicked off my shred with my fav legs & cardio workout.
This full leg workout targets your glutes, hamstring and quads. The cardio element just takes this workout to the next level and keeps your heart high and assists with burning fat.
Trust me when I say this a KILLER workout! YOU HAVE TO GIVE IT GO!!! I was huffing, puffing and dying by the end of my workout.
This is a great plyometric leg workout you can do at home. If you don’t have any weights at home just use your body weight
