Here’s another workout challenge I did the 12-3-30 Lauren Giraldo treadmill challenge. I wanted to make this video really valuable, with real results and real facts. I had amazing results but I don’t credit 12.3.30 alone. I believe in combination with the 12 3 30 treadmill routine, a clean diet with leans foods (chicken & veggies), 8 hours of sleep, and 3ltrs of water a day.
