Truthfully, no hair and skin products are actually necessary. Your diet should contain enough nutrients and bacteria to nourish and hydrate your skin, hair, nails, etc properly. 🙂 However, if you want to add on to what’s already working, here are some suggestions.
Hair Care:
– Shampoo with egg whites (no conditioner necessary, save egg yolks for consumption)
Skin Care:
-Moisturize with raw butter
-Use non-toxic goat milk soap
Makeup:
– Highlight with raw butter
-Use blood or liver for lip color
-Sunshine
Extra:
Organic essential oils for pleasant scent (add into egg white shampoo)
