In this video I went all the way out to Nashville, Tennessee to support my two clients competing at the NPC Nashville Fit Show. The day started off with a little hiccup as I couldn’t go into the area where the competitors were checking in. Once all the check ins were done, we went over my client’s posing routine to make sure they are fully ready to go on. The ladies did an amazing job and I’m so happy for them! Looking forward to helping them make more improvements.
