Cellulite killer workout to get rid of thigh fat and firm your buttocks and legs!
These exercises will help you:
– reduce cellulite on your buttocks and thighs
– slim down legs
– make your thighs and buttocks firmer and stronger.
– shape your legs, lift buttocks and tighten your hips.
8 exercises. Some exercises are the same for the right and left leg/side.
The workout is quite intense so make sure you warm up a little bit before starting this workout. After completing the workout stretch your thighs and buttocks.
Perform this workout 3 times a week to see the first results in 2 weeks!
Equipment: sturdy piece of furniture like chair, stool or sofa for some exercises.
