GROW YOUR GLUTES USING ONLY THE CABLE MACHINE (FULL GLUTE WORKOUT)

Hey there !

In today’s video, I’m showing you how to grow your glutes in the gym using only the cable machine. This full workout will target only your glutes and consists of various different accessory movements that will grow your glutes.

You can decrease the weight and increase your reps, or, you can go heavier and decrease the reps. It’s entirely up to you!

Although I don’t recommend doing a workout using only accessory movements, I still think that they’re super fun!

These are my top 7 glute exercises to build a booty!

– Cable Kickback 4×10-12
– Goblet Squat 4×10-12
– Squat to Deadlift 4×12
– Sumo Squat Pule 4×10-12
– Cable Side Kicks 4×10-12 (each leg)
– Cable Pull Through 4×10-12
– Kneeling Cable Pull Through 3×10-12
