Hello, this is Muhammad Ali Khan. To be honest it’s not easy to come up with a exercise routine at home and workout consistently. I’ve come up with a routine that covers various squat moves and positions in a short period of time in order to lost thigh fats and cellulite. I hope this video helps for those of you who are on diet. The sequence and the effects of the squat in the video are:
