In this video I’m back at Psycho Bodyshop in Redondo Beach to train with my trainer, Chris Psycho. Today we’re focusing on growing the booty to be bigger so the workout is focused on the glutes and hamstrings. This was an intense workout and utilized some of my favorite machines.

2. Single Leg Glute Kickbacks Superset Elevated RDLs
3. Hip Thrusts Superset Glute Contractions
4. Cable Kickbacks
5. Seated Hamstring Curls
