In this video I’m back at Psycho Bodyshop in Redondo Beach to train with my trainer, Chris Psycho. Today is a glute focused day isolating the glutes to grow the booty. We went through several different movements and my glutes were on fire! This was an intense workout and utilized some of my favorite movements
Try it out:
1. Kneeling Abduction, 15 reps, 4 sets
Superset Single Leg Glute Kickbacks, 15 reps
2. Kneeling Kickbacks, 15 reps, 4 sets
Superset Cable Pulses 30 reps
3. Hip Abductors, 20 reps, 4 sets
Superset Hip Thrusts 20 reps
