How to tighten and tone your arms with a simple DIAMANDIA Stone Body Gua Sha routine.
Gua Sha is a practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine that has been passed down for generations. It’s where you use a tool to scrape the skin, really you see muscle tension, breaking up, facial adhesion and increasing blood flow and microcirculation.
I do 3 to 6 strokes for each heavily oiled section, starting at my wrist and working my way up to my shoulder. Use the smooth side first. then repeat with the combed side.
You want to see redness in the skin as your stroke. Don’t worry, this goes away after a few minutes.
With consistency, you’ll start to see improved skin tone, texture and clarity. Same as you would when you do facial gua sha.
